Delivery that learns: why Circuit is a graph, not a project manager.

The expensive part of consulting is rediscovering what you already knew. We built the platform to make that a query.

by current

Delivery businesses lose money in one specific place. A client adds three legal entities in month two. The consolidation hierarchy changes. And nobody can enumerate which configuration decisions just became wrong. That gets rediscovered by hand, expensively, in month three.

Circuit exists to make that enumeration a query.

What Circuit is

Circuit is Current's delivery platform. It is not a project manager and it is not an AI coding tool, although it contains the functions of both. It is a specification system of record with an execution tail.

The graph holds the requirement, the design that realizes it, the work that builds it, and the deliverable that describes it, all linked. When any of them changes, the distance between "what the spec says" and "what we built" is computable rather than remembered.

Why a graph

Documents drift. A requirement in one file, a component in a repository, and a client-facing report in a third tend to disagree the moment they live apart. Linking them is not a convenience. It is the thing that lets a small team absorb a client changing their mind repeatedly, mid-engagement, without losing the plot.

The engines are the tail

Three AI engines do the work the graph defines. The Code Engine takes a ticket, opens a branch, writes and tests, and asks a person when blocked. The Browser Engine runs scripted work against real systems: configuration, validation, regression. The Training Engine learns from delivery signals across engagements and proposes playbook improvements for human review.

Our people direct the engines and approve their output. Our team works in Backstage. You see everything in Portal, traced back to the requirement that asked for it.

What compounds

Every pass through the loop leaves more behind: requirements, decisions, configuration, and the reasons for them, structured and kept. The second engagement with a client starts further ahead than the first. And at hand-over, the knowledge base is yours.

Faster delivery that learns your business as you build. That is the line, and the graph is how it is true.
